Roster Protection gives your team added flexibility throughout the season and helps ensure that an unexpected absence doesn’t impact your ability to compete.
Includes:
- Unlimited substitute usage during the regular season when your team has 9 or fewer available rostered players
- Eligibility to use one substitute player during the playoffs if necessary
- Peace of mind knowing your season won’t be derailed by unexpected absences
Without Roster Protection:
- Substitute players may only be used once during the regular season.
- Any substitute appearing in multiple games must be added to the team’s official roster using an available roster spot or Team Roster Add-On.
- Substitute players are not eligible for playoff participation (unless they have been converted into a rostered player).
