Full Schedule Release Before the Season

No more waiting week-to-week to find out when your team plays.

All schedule requests must be submitted during registration or no later than one week before Opening Night. Once finalized, the entire season schedule will be released at one time so your team can plan ahead with confidence.

We believe players deserve transparency, and captains deserve the ability to plan their season.

Open Communication All Season Long

Our goal is to maintain an open line of communication with team captains throughout the season. Whether it’s a scheduling question, rule clarification, weather update, or league feedback, you’ll never be left wondering what’s happening.

Good communication shouldn’t be a luxury—it should be the standard.

Captains Help Govern the League

We believe the league should belong to the players.

If a dispute or game discrepancy arises that cannot be resolved on the field, the final decision won’t rest solely with the league owner.

Instead, the issue will be presented to the Augusta Premier Kickball Captain’s Council, a voting committee made up of team captains from across the league. Captains will review the situation and vote on the outcome.

This process ensures transparency, fairness, and accountability while giving captains a direct voice in the league they help build.

Free Agent Mixer & Draft Night

Need a few extra players to round out your roster?

Before the season begins, captains will have the opportunity to attend our Free Agent Mixer and Draft Night.

Captains can review available player profiles, meet prospective teammates, and participate in a live draft-style selection process to add free agents to their team.

It’s a fun, interactive way to build your roster while helping new players find a team and become part of the community.

Early Bird Team Apparel Program

Register your team during the Early Bird Registration period and gain access to exclusive team apparel pricing through our official league screen printer, Mod Ink.

Teams can select an available shirt color (first come, first served) and receive custom team shirts featuring the Augusta Premier Kickball logo for just $10 per shirt.

End-of-Season Awards

Every season deserves recognition.

Team captains will have the opportunity to nominate players for a variety of end-of-season awards recognizing athletic performance, sportsmanship, leadership, team spirit, and more.

Once nominations are submitted, captains will vote to determine the winners.

Award recipients will be announced during the Jake Smith Championship Night celebration, giving players the recognition they’ve earned throughout the season.

Captain Rulebooks

Each registered captain will receive a printed hard copy of the official Augusta Premier Kickball Rulebook.

Of course, the rules will also remain available online for easy access throughout the season.

We believe clear expectations create better games, fewer disputes, and a more enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Registration Options for Team Captains

We understand that every team handles registration differently.

That’s why we offer two options.

Option 1: Team Registration

The easiest option for captains who prefer to handle registration upfront.

Need additional players?

You can purchase Team Add-Ons at a discounted rate to expand your roster beyond the included 12 roster spots.

Once registered, you’ll receive everything needed to finalize your roster before the season begins.

Option 2: Individual Player Registration

Prefer not to collect money from everyone yourself?

No problem.

Simply purchase your own Individual Registration first and complete your team registration information, including your team name.

Once your team has been created, invite your players to register and pay individually.

During registration, players will select your team from the registration form and be automatically added to your roster.

This option eliminates the hassle of collecting league fees from teammates while still allowing you to captain your team.

Team Sponsor Recognition

We know many captains go above and beyond to keep their teams together.

If you’re a captain who personally pays for your team’s registration fees each season and chooses not to seek reimbursement from teammates, we’d love to recognize your support.

Submit your company logo and we’ll proudly display it on our website as an official Team Sponsor for the season.
