Welcome to Augusta Premier Kickball (“APK,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Augusta Premier Kickball website, participation in league activities, event registrations, sponsorships, communications, and related services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, registering for a league or event, subscribing to communications, or otherwise participating in Augusta Premier Kickball activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or participate in league activities.

1. Eligibility

Participants must meet all applicable league age requirements.

By registering for a league, event, or activity, you represent that:

You are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
You agree to comply with league rules, policies, waivers, and codes of conduct.

2. Website Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Captain’s Handbook
League Communications
Any additional league policies published by Augusta Premier Kickball

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.

5. Rules & League Authority

Augusta Premier Kickball reserves the right to:

Interpret league rules
Modify league rules
Adjust league formats
Reschedule games
Change playoff structures
Modify event details
Address situations not specifically covered by written rules

League decisions shall be guided by the Spirit of the Rule, player safety, sportsmanship, competitive fairness, and the best interests of the league.

6. Captain’s Council

Augusta Premier Kickball may utilize a Captain’s Council to review disputes, disciplinary matters, rule interpretations, and league improvements.

Council procedures may be modified as necessary.

The League Commissioner reserves final authority regarding league operations, safety concerns, and emergency matters.

7. Payments & Registration Fees

League registration fees, sponsorship fees, event fees, and other charges are due at the time specified during registration or purchase.

Failure to submit payment may result in:

Removal from a roster
Cancellation of registration
Loss of sponsorship benefits
Ineligibility to participate

8. Refund Policy

League registrations, sponsorships, merchandise purchases, and event fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Augusta Premier Kickball.

No refunds will be issued for:

Missed games
Scheduling conflicts
Team performance
Weather-related delays or rescheduling
Player ejections or disciplinary actions

9. Sponsor Communications & Information Sharing

By registering for a league, event, free agent program, newsletter, promotion, sponsorship, or other Augusta Premier Kickball activity, you acknowledge and agree that Augusta Premier Kickball may share certain participant information with league sponsors, partners, and affiliated organizations.

Such information may include:

Email Address
Phone Number

Information may be shared for purposes including:

Sponsor promotions
Event communications
Special offers
Community engagement opportunities
League-related marketing initiatives

Augusta Premier Kickball does not sell personal information to data brokers, third-party data marketplaces, or unaffiliated marketing companies.

Participation in league activities constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these practices.

10. Photography & Media Release

By participating in Augusta Premier Kickball activities, you grant Augusta Premier Kickball permission to photograph, record, and otherwise capture your likeness during league events.

These materials may be used for:

Social media
Website content
Promotional materials
Marketing campaigns
Sponsor-related content
Future league publications

No compensation shall be owed for such use.

11. Sponsorships

Sponsors are responsible for providing logos, artwork, banners, and promotional materials by requested deadlines.

Failure to provide required materials may limit sponsorship benefits.

Augusta Premier Kickball reserves the right to reject sponsorships that conflict with league values, existing sponsorship agreements, or community standards.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, league branding, logos, graphics, photography, text, documents, and other materials are the property of Augusta Premier Kickball unless otherwise noted.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

13. Weather, Cancellations & Rescheduling

League games and events may be postponed, delayed, suspended, or cancelled due to:

Weather
Field conditions
Facility restrictions
Safety concerns
Circumstances beyond league control

League officials will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes as quickly as possible.

14. Suspension & Removal

Augusta Premier Kickball reserves the right to suspend, remove, or ban participants, teams, captains, sponsors, or users for:

Rule violations
Unsportsmanlike conduct
Harassment
Dangerous behavior
Fraudulent activity
Failure to comply with league policies

Such decisions may be temporary or permanent.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, league activities, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Augusta Premier Kickball makes no guarantees regarding:

Website availability
Website functionality
Error-free operation
League schedules
Event outcomes
Participant experiences

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Augusta Premier Kickball, its officers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, captains, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

League participation
Event attendance

Participation in league activities remains subject to separate waivers and assumption-of-risk agreements.
